Brake Bread started in 2014 when friends Micah Taylor and Nate Houge asked their neighborhood if they'd like fresh bread delivered to their homes by bike.
Their W. 7th neighbors said, "Yeah."
So they did that.
After 2 years of home delivery and farmers' markets they opened their storefront at 1174 W. 7th and have been there ever since. Thankfully now they have a fantastic staff and together they all make good things happen.
