Since 2014 Brake Bread has been baking and biking in the W. 7th neighborhood and beyond. We use local grains to make sourdough bread and traditional pastries and serve it up with fantastic coffee. Our bike based subscription program elimanates over 10,000 car trips a year and our commitment to the local grain economy ensures healthy farmland for generations to come. And of course, our walk up window and seasonal patio mean you can also just show up and get all your carb and caffiene needs met in person too!
